Great Podcast as usual! I love how you not only explained all the diverse skill stacks within the Instructional Design field, but you also framed these careers in terms of individual work preference environments.
In my 24 years in the learning profession, I think I’ve had a taste of all the different learning environments you describe. I definitely have my preference (small team). Happily, that’s where I am now.
