What type of training works best with gamification? For example, think about compliance training for the Payment Card Industry Standards.

      Hi Helena,
That’s a very broad question and it depends on the type of learning that needs to be accomplished. Listen to the podcast and read some of Karl Kapp’s books. That will give you a better idea.

Hi Connie and Karl, thanks for this very interesting podcast! Game-based learning has a big potential to engage learners, motivate them and encourages creativity!

I really liked the word you mentioned: “disfluency”. You need to challenge the learner but challenge must be carefully balanced to be engaging.

We wrote an article on the on the Top 6 Features of Game-based learning, you might want to check it out: http://www.skillbuilderlms.com/top-features-game-based-learning/.
