		<description>How to over-complicate an issue!

Why not make it simple: if there is a need or a case for the use of SM as a learning tool, then use it. People will see the benefits and get on-board. If there is not a case or a justification, they will not.

Stop banging on about SM as the &#039;be-all &amp; end-all. It&#039;s a means to an end;  just a tool like any other tool.

Those that personally can&#039;t live without it, blog and tweet away in your own time. Get over it!
